I tried www.tosc.it but doesn't work for reservation

All you have to do is Google "Borghese Gallery" and select the official museum website and follow the directions on the web site. Note, the page will appear in Italian but just choose "translate" on your browser (I use Chrome) and you will be fine.

Ticketing info in English is a little screwy to get to on the official museum site - in Safari, anyway - but this should direct you to where you want to go:
It's not showing advance ticketing beyond Feb. 3rd - which is a little odd, IMHO - so I'd keep an eye on the site.

There is a pull down list at the bottom right corner, "Select Language", just choose English.
