I'm looking at https://www.tiqets.com/ and there are all kinds of offers shown. The RS guide doesn't talk about the differences but there are tickets that say "fast track" and tickets that say "skip the line". For those that have used one or the other, is there a big difference?

I am not seeing any fast track or skip the line tickets. The gallery limits visit to 2 hours. You need to arrive early (~30 mins?) to check in and store your belongings (not allowed any bags inside). There is no possibility to skip the line as tickets need to be purchased ahead of time.

yeah, I did a web search and it looks like they sent me to a reseller site borghese.gallery which isn't the official website. At the bottom of that page I see it says
THIS WEBSITE IS ABOUT THE BORGHESE GALLERY, CREATED WITH PASSION AND INSPIRATION FROM ART AND HISTORY BY THE REAL ART LOVERS AND LOCAL ROMAN EXPERTS

Nobody skips the security line.
Anyone who gets the entrance tickets in advance skips the line to buy the entrance tickets on site. There isn't a third line you can pay to skip.
The "Skip the line" scam is even more ridiculous at the Borghese Gallery, where all entrance tickets are timed and the they let only 200 visitors enter every 2 hours.
