Hi everyone,
I called the Borghese Gallery to make a reservation since we will be using Roma Passes and the code I was given has numbers and letters in it. Is that correct or did I misunderstand the operator? Thanks.

I reserved via telephone and was given a reservation code with numbers and letters too.

Yes - that's correct. My daughter and I were there 3 weeks ago and you want to make sure you have the code with you when you get your tickets even with the Roma pass. They'll be asking for it.
