Booked a tour of gallery for 3pm. Confirmation says 3pm. Voucher says 11am. ? I don't want to spend the day going back and forth to the garden. Can't contact booking agent (trip advisor). Any suggestions?

Why don’t you call the Villa Borghese directly? Perhaps someone there can straighten it out for you. Using a third party to buy tickets has complicated this.
The phone number is on their official booking site. In the future always book tickets at the original site for museums or historical sites. www.galleriaborghese.beneculturali.it
