I have been trying to buy tickets for 9 people at the Borghese Gallery for the last three weeks. I keep getting a message after I click purchase that says "Currently, the process cannot proceed. Please try again later". I leave in one week. Does anyone out there have any words of wisdom concerning this issue?

Leaving at this time of year you should have no problem getting tickets when you go to the borghese ...go early and don't forget you are usually limited to 1 1/2 hr there..when we went last year in nov. We went immediately to the second floor and then ended on the first floor..we are not really into museums but could of stayed all day there..we had our receptionist at the hotel phone and order our tickets..

telephone, don't use the form. They speak good English but you need to call during Italian business hours. You don't say which Jackson. If CDT, they are 7 hours ahead.
Or ask your hotel to call on your behalf.
For such a large group as 9 people I would not leave that until you turn up at the door. To be honest, I wouldn't actually leave it to showing up at the door for one person.

I agree with Nigel, phone or get help from your hotel in advance. You will have two hours inside the gallery and you will need to be there 30 minutes ahead of your appointment time.
