We will be in Rome on Sept. 26-29th, I know we need to make reservations. They offer a regular entry fee and one with a English
guided tour. Has anyone taken the tour and is it worth the extra money? How far in advance do you think we should make the reservations?

I did not take the guided tour, but extra €6.50 seems very inexpensive.
I had to buy tickets on standby because i waited too late to book (about a week before in May.
