Does anyone have experience booking accommodations using Numa in Florence? This is my first time traveling to Italy. I am looking at Numa Florence Fiesolana and am wondering about the area for safety, close to attractions, elevator accessibility, and ease of working with Numa.

I've used Numa in Rome. Basically the check in, check out and everything else is done via app, so there are no hosts or personnel on site, except for the lady that comes in the morning to clean up the room (in my case I stayed only one night, so I don't know if they service the apt while you are staying or only at check out). I had no complain.
The area is near the Jewish ghetto (the beautiful Florence Synagogue is one block away), behind the Teatro della Pergola, and like everyplace else in the historical center, it is safe. Just use normal precautions, like everywhere else. The biggest risk in Florence is pickpockets, especially on crowded buses, but you probably won't need to use buses where you are staying. Just be aware in crowded places, and keep your mobile phone secure (not in your back pocket half hanging out, as it is fashionable nowadays and don't leave it unattended on outdoors restaurant tables where they could be grabbed by a passerby). Mobile phones are the biggest target of thieves.
Sights are within walking distance. Florence city center is small, so everything is within walking distance.
Just around the corner there is a good restaurant called Acquacotta.
The apartment is recently renovated. The GoogleMaps Street View shows renovation was taking place in 2024.
