When I go to that, it just comes up as a blank page. I’ve tried it in both the Google and the Safari browsers and I’ve also done it as an incognito tab. What browser are you using?

I just tried it using Google, Safari, and DuckDuckGo browsers and had no issues. Have you tries using your phone to access the website?

You are running into the same issue I'm having for Colosseum tickets (https://ticketing.colosseo.it/en/) and over many years I've never had trouble with ticketing for that attraction before. I've gone back and forth with the company and am waiting to hear back what diagnostics of my IP turned up. BTW, another poster is having the same issue with that site too.

The Uffizi recently changed their ticketing from b-ticket (which worked well) to coopculture.

I tested the https://tickets.uffizi.it ticketing URL listed on the main website for the museum and it is giving me the same blank page as the Colosseum's ticketing site. I've never had trouble accessing ticketing for that attraction either. Something is up....

I'd contact them about the problem:

I googled Uffizi museum and found a link that worked. I’m all set!

http://www.uffizitickets.com/

The original Florence museum link shared as a book update from Rick Steve’s site didn’t show Uffizi as an option, and their related help desk came back with the response that they no longer sell the Uffizi tickets.

Sharing in case someone else needs this

Just FYI: the website you used is not the official ticketing site - it's a 3rd-party- and you're very likely paying a premium price. For instance, I clicked on a random January date for an advance, timed-entry adult ticket and it comes up with a price of 44.00 €. That same ticket booked through the official site is listed as 29€. Of course if you can't access that official site...

Really, as official ticketing sites that are malfunctioning drive travelers to 3rd-party sites that charge more - sometimes a LOT more - please do report your issue to the contact I provided the link for.

Hey there.... not sure it you've resolved ur issue yet...here was my solution...

  • BACKGROUND: I tried for several times a day for a week or so beginning 1/28/2026 clicking thru multiple options & still could not secure a ticket. I tried calling the info # in the RSE Florence guidebook but it does not service Uffizi - the correct info phone number is +39 0550354135 - the CSR told me he cannot help w/o an active customer account, you must create a Coopculture.it account to secure a ticket but you cannot secure a ticket w/o an account - catch 22 ! I also interacted with [email protected] and explained my situation...they suggested i contact < [email protected] >. NOTE: Coopculture.it is the Uffizi / Pitti Palace and many other Italy museos outsourced ticket purchasing processing vendor - when u are on Uffizi official website & click to purchase tickets, u r redirected to coopculture.it

  • RESOLUTION: I emailed < [email protected] > and briefly, politely, explained my inability to create an account. They replied with a link & temp PW. I clicked on link, entered the PW & account was created. I then was able to purchase my Uffizi & Vassari Corridor tickets.

  • NOTE: make sure you specify the email you want < [email protected] > to create your account with...that is...if ur emailing from work but want ur personal email used for travel, make sure you specify this.

I looked at this & other processes as part of the adventure & resolved not a huge loss if I didnt get in Uffizi...Id still be in Florence! :) ...things always work out...I like Cameron's point that ...jams are fun!

Safe journey!

Robert, I'm glad you contacted them about this blank-page problem! The more people they hear from who are having the issue, the more likely they are to take it seriously. While I'm not looking for purchase tickets to either the Uffizi or Colosseum/Forum/Palatine at this moment. I'd been using official ticketing sites a LOT over the years to check for updates and whatnot while helping others. It's making me crazy.

I had the same issue regarding the blank page when trying to buy tickets. I connected to Italy using a VPN and the entire site worked from there. I also ran into a problem registering, but it was resolved by changing the site language to EN instead of IT on the ticket site.
