5/11/15 travel to florence from Venice. I wan to buy my train ticket in advance. From which part of Venice to which part of florence should I buy the tickets.
9/11/15 travel to Bologna from florence.
10/11/15 travel to milan from Bologna.
I should buy all 1 way?

Here are the train stations in Italian:
Venice = Venezia S. Lucia
Florence = Firenze S. M. Novella
Bologna = Bologna Centrale
Milan = Milano Centrale
Yes, if you will not be returning to the city where you will be departing from, then you will want to buy, 'One way' tickets.

Is there any different booking from trenitalia or train line europe?
As I find from trenitalia depart Venice to Florence €58 but train line europe €29?
It only a 2 hrs 5 mins ride.

Teo, are there 2 of you traveling? The reason I ask is that I am looking at that train on trenitalia and it shows 29 euro for one. If you put in 2 people, it will show 58 euro total price for 2.

I be checking out on 5/11 in Venice . The hotel check out time is 11am. And I plan to go to visit Burano before travelling to Florence. . Any advise on what time I should head to Burano ? I staying in the hotel near the train station. Hope to come back in the afternoon n catch my train to Florence. As I need to book my train ticket in advance from Venice to Florence. Wonder how much time should I spend in Burano.

You should check out first thing in the morning and have the hotel desk hold your luggage. You will have to change boats to get to Burano if you try to go from Ferrovia and will take 1 1/2 hours. It will be faster for you to walk to Fondamente Nove and take the No 12 boat from there. They go every 30 minutes and take 42 to 46 minutes to get to Burano. Boats go at 10 and 40 minutes past the hour. So it will take more than 1 hour to get there including the walk to Fondamente Nove. Same time for the return. So if you left at 8 am, figure you could get there by 9:22 am, You should return at 12:30 so you can be back at your hotel by 2 pm to collect your luggage and walk to the station. I am allowing an extra hour in this schedule in case a boat gets delayed or you make a mistake and get on the wrong boat.
