We booked our trip to Rome last minute and having difficulty getting museum/colosseum tickets directly from their sites. We found a Rome Pass in Tiqets.com that includes the things we want to do on the date we need. Has anyone used this website? Is it legit? Are there any extra steps we need to take for our tickets at the Vatican Museum?

That has never included the Vatican
You still need to book entries for the other sites

My clients decided last minute that they want to go to the Vatican next month which is of course sold out. I am finding availability on Walks of Italy. They are a reputable company that you may want to try for your own trip.
