How much in advance to you have to book entrance to the various museums in Rome? I do want to avoid lines but am still not sure of a sequence yet for the four days we are there.

The Vatican museums and the borghese gallery book about 60 days in advance. You can book entry or a tour of the colosseum now. Donna
