I'm trying to book bus tickets on-line with Marozzi bus service between Rome & Sorrento. I can't seem to get past step 1 (booking departure & return dates) on their site (which is in Italian). Even using Google translate I can't figure out why I can't progress to ordering the number of tickets I want. Has anyone figured out this site?

I have taken this bus twice from Rome to Sorrento, but never had to purchase tickets online. Instead, I purchased them on the date of travel at the Tiburtina bus station. Having said that, if you still need to purchase in advance, I just looked at the Marozzi site. I noticed that once I put in my dates and chose the ticket(s), it took a few minutes for a link to appear at the bottom of the screen indicating the cost and the cart: "carrello". Click on "carrello" and continue to the next page, which allows you to choose your seat ("scegli posto"). Then, again at the bottom of the screen, click on "avanti" to the next page, which requires you to put in your email address and "codice sconto" or discount code if you have one. Click "avanti" again at the bottom of the next page, check your info, then click "procedi al pagamento" to go to the page that requires payment. Good luck and Buon Viaggio!

I just went to their website and played with it. It does work.
1 select your departure and arrival cities (to purchase round trip - click the box 'andata e ritorno') click ' cerca corsa'
2 select date, options for departure times appear
3 select the bus you want and click 'seleziona tariffa' (this then takes you to the next page with different price options and number of tixs you want) Assuming you are not entitled to a discount or have a discount code, select 'corsa semplice' - the first option, and click 'aggiungi'
4 at the bottom of the page you will see the total cost, click on the arrow to go to next page
5 next page lets you select your seat - click 'scegli posti' and choose your seat. When that's done scroll to bottom of page where you see the total cost and click on the arrow
6 enter your email address (twice), enter any discount code you have (sconto) , and accept the terms of the website and click 'avanti'
7 you can review your reservation, if all looks okay proceed to payments page. They take numerous credit cards and paypal
if you still cannot purchase your ticket you should ask the concierge at your hotel. They can do it for you.

Thanks so much for both of these detailed responses. I finally got to step 2 on the Marozzi site, but still ran into problems selecting dates for the end of October. I ended up using another site, GoEuro. The site is in English, easy to navigate, and I was quickly booked on a Marozzi bus for the same price. Thanks for your help!
