Booked the wrong date for the Colosseum.

Try calling them - would have to be during business hours in Italy. I had a problem receiving my tickets via e-mail, and the agent was quite helpful.

If you purchased through https://www.coopculture.it/it/ and contact them within 24 hours, they will give you a refund instead date correction. I am curious to know if your tickets have all individual names shown each ticket or just the purchaser (you). I bought two at this website but two tickets emailed me have my name as visitor on both tickets. I don't want to take the chance so I emailed them right away. They responded back correction is not possible but can do a refund. it will takes up to a week to see the credit on card. I will need to purchase again.
