My friend and I will be in Bolzano in early July. We will be staying at the Bolzano Youth Hostel. We would LOVE some travel tips! What should we see? What hikes should we do? Are there any must see sights?

Take a bus to Ortisei and stay a few nights there. Go hiking. Also take a day trip to Merano.

In addition to the tips in your guidebook, it always makes sense to confirm hiking plans and pick up maps at the local Tourist Information Office in that location.
