Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a hotel for two nights in Bolzano? I am looking for something in the $80 -$125 range ideally for this weekend.

It will have to be at least €100/night for something decent in Bolzano (or anywhere in N. Italy really) at such a short notice.
No specific recommendations from me (hopefully someone will have one), but as a note for your daughter, I have always found Booking.com reviews to be quite trustworthy, and any place above 8.0 to be good. Even 7.5+ will do in a pinch, and you can cross-check the reviews with those on Google Maps (which are less reliable).

I agree with Balso that you have to raise your budget. Since you don't have much time in the area, choose a place that is convenient rather than cheap.

Thanks all! Hotel Fiechter is 80 euro a night including breakfast. I see a few others in this forum have stayed there as well!

The rates at the Youth Hostel look really good and they offer private rooms as well as shared. Whether there are any available for the weekend, you would have to enquire: https://www.jugendherberge.bz/en/bolzano/enquiries/

Just a quick note that Hotel Feichter worked out great for two nights this weekend. Very helpful, a Bolzano transportation card, breakfast — exactly what she needed for two days of hiking. Thanks all!
She’s stopping in Verona tomorrow on her way back to Florence just to see it for a few hours. Would love any suggestions. 😊 A good view, a hike up some castle… ???
