We are foodies and my wife wants me to plan the next holidays in Italy, as we never been to the Emilia area I was looking around on google and I have found this company http://www.emiliadelizia.com/ and the tour that they organise seem pretty cool, but I could not find any review (other than those on their website) so I was wondering if anyone has used them before?
Also I wanted to know if it is better to stay in Parma or Bologna? Thank you!

Last April we took the Italian Days food tour from Bologna and, although 140 euro pp, found it worth every penny. Gets pretty good reviews on Tripadvisor too. http://www.italiandays.it/
