Stayed at the Hotel Centrale last October. Inexpensive, good sized rooms, helpful staff, better than average breakfast, short walk to the Piazza Maggiore. Enjoyed dinner at Ristorante Il Saraceno a block north of the hotel on Via Calcavinazzi.
