Both are in a great location and not far from the station, although I'd recommend a Taxi when getting there with luggage.

It's been a while, but I had a very nice stay (and a phenomenal breakfast spread) at the Art Hotel Commercianti. The location is great - just off the main Piazza Maggiore, but on a quiet side street. https://en.art-hotel-commercianti.com/

I’ve heard wonderful things about the Hotel Metropolitan. Also looks at the Hotel Emilia.
