I will be accompanying my husband on business in November and we will be arriving 2 nights prior to company reservations. I would like to stay those 2 nights at a B&B in central Bologna. I am looking for an upscale B&B for around $200. a night. Also, I would like to take a one day cooking class while my husband works. I am looking for a hands-on cooking experience. Any suggestions?

Hi There, I will be in Bologna end of sept and am taking two cooking classes there, through taste of italy bologna. Google it and you should find it. It is also on tripadvisor, you can read the reviews. Her name is Maribel, and she has been nothing but prompt professional, accomodating and friendly with me in her responses. I am taking pasta bolognese and cooking with parm-reg. The price was reasonable, much better than most-75E I think and 85 for the second course. Good Luck!
