Hello,
We wanted to see the Boboli Gardens but only can spare 2 hours. What is a good way to do this?
Or is it impossible?
We thought of a golf cart tour, but unable to find any. Any ideas welcomed.

2 hours is enough to see the main spots.
Walk only, no golf carts, and it's uphill, so it requires some physical effort.
Thank you!
A mention about Giardino di Boboli? It's more similar to a very large park than the type of gardens many visitors have expected. It is long on rambling gravel paths - some very steep - trees and manicured hedges arranged in geometric shapes, shady corners for reflection plus some nonworking/working fountains and statuary here and there. It is short (very short) of florals. As your trip is in May, you will likely find the rose gardens at Casino del Cavaliere (top of the hill behind the palace; nice view) in bloom, as they were during our own May visit, but few flowers elsewhere. By design, shades of green is the predominant color.
This isn't to discourage you from going! I've just seen enough negative reviews on the place from visitors who were expecting something other than what it is to try and help others avoid disappointment. :O)
It might help to read a little bit about Italian Renaissance gardens before your trip?

Nope, this is a paid attraction and not accessible to golf cart tours.
From time to time, there are significant art exhibitions in the Belvedere in this garden. But I haven't been there in decades. I once saw Donatello's Penitent Magdalene there, I'm pretty sure without a display case. The name of that show was "The Three Marys", 1987.
