Is it easy enough to take a small boat cruise to view the CT? Has anyone got any information to pass on. Thank you.

Carol, there is a ferry that runs from Monterosso to Portovenere and back (Portovenere is south of Riomaggiore). When seas are not too rough, they will pull into the towns. Very scenic. About 15E. I believe that the ferry also goes north of the CT but I don't know where.
