Boat rentals - Capri and Positano

Hi everyone
I want to rent a boat for my family of 4 adults for about 4 hours while we stay on Capri June 14. I understand one can rent a self drive boat or a private captained boat to go around the isle of Capri. We have no interest in going to the blue grotto on Capri. We rather spend the time swimming. We are also open to joining a group as long as there is no more than 8 people. What companies should I contact to do this? Should I reserve a boat in advance given that it is during the busy tourist season?

Also, I have the same question for Positano. We want to rent a boat on June 16th from the Positano beach and spend a 1/2 day making our way to and from Amalfi. Any boat companies you would recommend there?

I saw a post with suggestions from Robert when I was scanning the forum a few days ago but now I can’t find it! Ugh! Anyway, any help is appreciated!

Maryanne, I haven't used this one personally but it has gotten good reviews for years now. Based on those, I'd recommended it to a honeymooning couple staying on Capri some years ago, and they reported back to me that they'd had a great time; they'd do it again. Take a look?
