In May of next year we will be on the RS Village Italy tour. We are arriving and staying in Venice prior to the tour. Our tour starts in Padua at 5:00pm. I found where you can take a boat up the Brenta Canal from Venice to Padua which looks pretty neat but arrival time is 7:00pm which does not support our tour start time. I looked at taking their half day cruise to Oriago and taking the bus or train the rest of the way but seems like more of a hassle than it may be worth. Before reverting to our original plan of taking the train from Venice to Padua thought I would ask the forum. Does anyone know of any other boat options that can get us from Venice to Padua in time so that we can make it to our hotel in time for our RS tour group meeting time.
