There are probably several at the dock that you can inquire from while there, however you can also do it on your own. Take a regular boat to Como and back. The Como branch of the lake is the most beautiful. Also there are plenty of ferry runs on the midlake which connect Varenna with Bellagio, Menaggio, and Cadenabbia, the main hubs on the Mid lake.
