Just plug - Autostazione Lampugnano - into a google search and you will have it in three seconds. I did.

The map showing the location of the bus stop is right on the megasbus website. See this page:
http://iteu.megabus.com/BusStops.aspx?stop_mobi=yes&stop_mobi=yes&stop_mobi=yes
In the box for "Partenza da", choose "Milano" from the dropdown
In the second box for "Arrivo a", choose "Venezia"
Click on "Cerca"
A box comes up with tabs for both stations' maps: click the one that says "Milano".
The text reads:
"The bus stop is located at the bus station Lampugnano, close to Metro station Lampugnano serving line NM1. For more details, visit http://www.muoversi.milano.it/"
