How can I find out haw we can get my own rosary blessed by the vatican, we are going to visit Rome Italy mid May

Are you wanting a Papal blessing? If so, you need to purchase a rosary then get tickets to the Wednesday general audience with the Pope. There will be an opportunity to hold things up for a general blessing. You can purchase rosaries all over Rome which claim to have been blessed by the Pope. Some believe that once a rosary is blessed it is sacramental and therefore should not be sold. Or you can buy a rosary and have it blessed by a priest (they aren't hard to find) at the Vatican.

when i was at the vatican with my high school tour group, we went into a vatican souvenir shop and i bought my grandmother a rosary and they had the option of having it blessed and then returned to you at your hotel. This was in 2004, but im sure they still have something like this, just enquire at the vatican.

I attended the Papal audience when I was in Rome last October and went to the Vatican gift shop to purchase a rosary blessed by the Pope. I was told you are not able to purchase a rosary that has been blessed by the Pope and if anyone is selling them they are lying. Buy one before the audience and have it blessed there.
