Black cab vs golfcart tour

Due to some mobility issues, we want to take a tour of Rome at night. We want to be able to make a few stops for pictures but otherwise we want an overview of the city at night. I have done some research and it is between the golf cart and black cab tours. Which would you recommend? Are there better options? We are tall people so will not be comfortable in a very tiny car such as the fiat 500 tour and would also like to keep the cost below $200 if possible. Thank you for your help.

I took my parents and four children on the golf cart tour. It was the best for us being our first time to Rome. The cart is easy to hop in and out of when the tour guide makes stops at the sites all over Rome. We stopped at the churches and even had lunch and gelato along the way. I would only recommend a car if air conditioning is a priority to you. We are in Italy now, in the heat wave, and we have been miserably hot, however, the golf cart had a roof canopy and the journey through the shaded streets made the breeze a welcomed relief. Our family of 7 with a 4 hour tour cost 390 euro....quite pricey but worth the experience for us.
