We will be in Florence in July and we are looking for recommendations on a restaurant to have Bistecca Fiorentina. I have read a few reviews of restaurants online but I always seem to get good recommendations here. Thank you

I generally go to Perseus, primarily because I don’t go to the historical center much (too much hassle when you have a car), but there are many.
