I need ideas! I'm going on my honeymoon Nov and while in the plane ride to Rome my Husband's!! birthday will start! I want ideas for a cool birthday present to give on a plane (I know what he likes but i want ideas on something that will be useful or fun or just cool to get on a plane) and also ideas for something special to do with him once we arrive in Rome! ps: I know just being in Rome will be amazing but I want to do something extra special. Very difficult question without knowing you or him. Personally, I would get him a birthday present he can use on the trip. If he doesn't have an iPod yet or needs a newer one, get one he might want and load it with podcasts and audio guides of places you'll be visiting. If you only have one digital camera for both of you, maybe get him one so you can each have one. Something along those lines, something fun that can be used on the trip as well as when you get back. If its just something fun that he won't want on the trip, give it to him before you leave so he doesn't have to lug it around the entire trip. I'd also keep it small and remember, you likely won't be able to wrap it if you want to give it to him on the plane because of TSA screenings.
