We are taking our 3 kids to Italy with us for the first time this summer. We will be celebrating the 12th birthday of our youngest, Annelise, while in Venice. I'm looking for suggestions on how to make her birthday extra special. Maybe a restaurant that does a fun dessert or unique experience? Thanks!
A couple of experiences I’d suggest:
Making Venetian masks at Ca’ Macana.
Venetian rowing lesson with RowVenice.
Both activities good for the whole family.
We loved Row Venice- rowing lessons on the back canals, around 90Euros for a group of 4-5 people, 90 minutes. It's harder than it looks!
for a fancy dessert there's the Hard Rock near St Marks. Not exactly Venetian but would a 12 year old care if she could have a big burger and fancy dessert?
Do Row Venice! It’s an unforgettable experience!
What an amazing this to be able to forever say "my parents took me to Venice for my 12th birthday!" :-)
thank you for the great suggestions!!
