While in Siena, we will be celebrating my husband's birthday. I'm looking for something special to do for him - perhaps a day trip to a nearby vineyard, wine tasting or an excellent dinner in town. Any recommendations? thanks!

Castello Banfi has a pretty spectacular winery and restaurant. They have a tasting lunch that is paired with their wines.

Tours By Roberto offers an exceptional day. We did the Chianti tour a few years ago and enjoyed the mix of wine tasting, history, scenery and a terrific lunch.
