Al Pozzo Etrusco di Fabrizio would be my recommendation. The ragu di cinghiale (wild boar ragu) shouldn't be missed.

I second the recommendation for Al Pozzo Etrusco. We had a lovely meal there in the fall — great food, ambience and service.

We like Ristorante Il Cocco although not as well rated as what you already have. We were there for my husband's 60th.
