I am going to Puglia in the fall. I plan to ride my own bike from Bari to the Gargano Promontory. My question is are the buses equiped with bike racks.?
I live in Seattle and I enjoy the option of bus/bike that we have here. I am planning my trip and it is dificult to find details about the regional buses on the internet.

Jean, below is a link to the official tourism portal for Puglia. I have never noticed bike racks on the local buses. They tend ride motor bikes, not cycles. Puglia is gorgeous. Enjoy the ride.

I got another tip about the buses; they will let you bring your bike on the bus inside.
There is a spot in the back of the bus where the driver will let you put your bike.
My source says that as long as the bus is not crowded, the bike could ride inside.
