Bike Tours of the Appian Way - a few questions including which company and e-bike or not?

Hi - thought I'd post a new post similar to one just posted but since I have more questions...

One commenter to another post of mine recommended TopBikes, I have found other bike tours of course and one called LeadingRoma seems to have the same tour but it is private - with an even better price that TopBikes (~40 euros/pp with normal bike and 70 euros pp with electric bike WITH the Catacombs - the equivalent of the longer TopBikes tour). Does anyone know of them? They don't have nearly as many reviews on TripAdvisor as TopBikes. But I like that we can customize the tour and go at our own pace.

also, thoughts about whether one needs an e-bike for the Appian Way? I know its about 15km, but the route itself - is it ok for a regular bike? I ask mainly because I'm concerned it may be very heavy for my 12 year old who is only 85 pounds herself.

another difference about LeadingRoma vs. TopBikes - the former is 10 km less because they do not do Villa dei Quintilii and Parco degli Acquedotti (but will do it if we want). Any thoughts about missing those 2 sights vs. the 10 km?

Thanks.
