SUCH A THING AS A DAY BIKE TOUR OF THE WINE COUNTRY OUT OF SIENA? I FOUND ONE OUT OF FLORENCE, BUT COST ABOUT $100 FOR THEM TO COME TO SIENA. THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING IN THE SIENA AREA. THANKS MUCH FOR ANY INFO DIANNE IN CHICAGO :)

Once your eye is functioning properly you will see 4 or 5 in the Siena area listed in Google.

You might want to have a glance at I BIKE TUSCANY. They have astonishingly positive reviews on Trip Advisor. Out of 174 reviews, 168 were 'Excellent' and 5 were 'Very Good'. They seem to start most of their tours out of Florence, no doubt because of the higher demand from people staying there, but they explicitly state that they will arrange custom rides "using your location as a base."

because i just had surgery, have a patch over one eye and can barely see out of the other. the shouting is not intentionally meant to make you mad .... it just helps me see better for the next few days. sorry

Have a friend who works at "Backroads" in Tuscany. They get rave reviews, and wish I could do one myself. Bad back. His pictures are amazing, google them.
