Can you clarify? A singles bike tour...you mean you want to go all by yourself? Guided, or self guided?
Or do you mean you only want to go with people who are not a couple/married/engaged?
How long? One day? 5 days? Longer?

We don't have a specific tour company to recommend but we have heard from a few cycle themed travelers that Finale Ligure is a great location mountain bikers. The Mountain Bike Lodge in San Filippo has trails running right up to its front door and offers guiding and bike hire as well as affordable accommodation.
