We will be hiring a private driver to transfer us from Florence to Rome in September. We would like to make a stop or two along the way to explore a town, have lunch and do a wine tasting at a winery. There are so many options, we are looking for suggestions of a direction and possible winery that does a lunch tasting. Favorite towns between the two cities? Thank you for your insight!
