Best way to travel Venice to Rome

The easiest way to get from Venice to Rome is the high speed train. There are multiple trains throughout the day. We have used this method a few times and it is very convenient. Booking in advance you save quite a bit on tickets if you know your schedule. We usually bring a “picnic” on the train and enjoy watching the scenery. We find the train is much easier as it saves all of the transit time to and from airports.
