Hello all. We're flying from the US in to Rome late on 5/11, then we'll be in Sorrento 3 nights 5/12-14, and will be doing the Mondo Guides shared tours of the Amalfi coast 5/13, and Capri 5/14. The Mondo tours require payment in cash at the start of the tour, 50 euros for the Amalfi tour and 90 euros for Capri. There are four of us together, so that means we'll need to have 560 euros in cash available for the two tours. What would be the best way to have that much cash available?

Simple. Each of the four will take out their share of the money( plus more that they'll need) due from an ATM at FCO when you land. You will find ATMs in Sorrento as well.My spouse and I each go to ATMs to withdraw money with our individual cards when we need a large amount. You could also ask your bank to raise your limit for ATM withdrawals.

Everyone just use a debit card at a bank owned ATM the morning before or the day before. Even if your bank charges fees it will be cheaper and more convenient than any other source.
