Recommendations on the best transportation from Bergamo to Malpensa Airport?

Direct regional trains from Bergamo to Milano Centrale station take 50 minutes and direct Malpensa Express trains from there take another 50 minutes. Add some time for the transfer.

There is an airport shuttle from Bergamo to MXP, about 1.5 hours.
