I am arriving at Marco Polo airport then getting a train from Venice to Florence. What is the best way to travel to Venezia Mestre bus? if so, which bus line?
also, should I leave from Venezia Mestre or from Santa Lucia station to go to Florence?

Not sure about how to get to Mestre from MP, but there is a bus that takes you to Piazzale Roma, which is right next to Santa Lucia.
