Suggest taking a look at Montorio - a former monastery which has been converted into 5 very charming self-contained apartments, and which can accommodate up to 14 people. It's located down the hill from the town and just down the street from the San Biagio church. Features ample free parking, and the location on the SP146 made it a snap to get out and on the road in the mornings for explorations of the surrounding countryside.
Might add that there's a well stocked little market just across the road if you'd like to grab supplies for breakfast or lunch.
We were there for 5 nights and loved it.
