Best Tuscany / Wine Tasting Day Trips From Florence

Ciao!

Looking for recommendations on a great day trip to Tuscany from Florence for tours/wine tasting.

I’m also taking the train from Florence to my next stop in Riomaggiore/Cinque Terra — for one night followed by a flight out of Pisa.
