Best train advice for getting from Manarola to Venice, please!

The best is the quickest. And train websites always pick the quickest by default.
Go to the Trenitalia Italian Railways) website: https://www.trenitalia.com/en.html
And enter, from Manarola to Venezia S. Lucia, and your desired date and time; and click on [Search].
Tickets are a lot cheaper if bought 2-3 months in advance. This website will sell you a "self-print" ticket which is sent to you as a PDF file. The only catch is that the ticket is only valid on the train you choose. If you later change your mind and want to travel at a different time, it will cost you more.
And make sure you have told your card issuer you are making purchases in Italy, so they don't block your card.
