I will be arriving in Bolzano around 3pm CET on May 23rd. I will be spending 3 full days in the region hiking and ideally exploring a small mountain town. I am hoping to hike and take cable cars. I won't have a car and would like to keep lodging under $100/ night.
Does anyone have suggestions for hotels/ hostels or small towns that are reachable without a car from Bolzano within 2 hours?
