Best thing to do in Elba (Portoferraio) from a cruise ship

Go to the beach. That's the best part of Elba.
I usually went to Marina di Campo, Capoliveri and Pomonte. But I'm sure there are nice beaches near Portoferraio too.

The beaches are nice. If a history buff, visit Napoleon's villa at the top of the town.
