Best southern Italy destination to complement a week in Tuscany?

I love Italy--I've been to Rome 3x, Venice 4x, Cinque Terre 2x, Sienna, and Lake Como. Hubs and I are going again in June 2023, and staying with nine other couples for a week in Tuscany at Bramasole Villa, made famous in Under the Tuscan Sun. Hubs and I want to add a second week (just ourselves) somewhere else in Italy. We're thinking of somewhere south of Rome, since we haven't been to this region. What would you suggest? I love the rugged beauty of the Cinque Terre, the history and monuments of Rome, the uniqueness of Venice, and the amazing cathedrals and duomos of every town I've visited. So, what would you suggest for our second week? TIA!

A week's not long enough for Sicily, so I'd suggest Puglia or Naples/Amalfi Coast area. However, both those areas could be unpleasantly hot in June, especially later in the month. I'd actually head north and spend a good chunk of that time in the Dolomites.
