best small group tour of Vatican

In late September I and 2 others will be in Rome for 4 days. One in our group will probably be limited in doing a lot of walking due to recent hip surgery. Can anyone recommend small group or private tours of the Vatican /St Peter's
? Or any suggestions to avoid lines and the heaviest crowds? Also, any suggestions for a private driver for one day? Thanks.

Use the official Vatican booking site.

You can then book an exclusive tour with a guide.

You can also book a wheelchair to collect when you arrive. This would only be used if you decide to tour on your own.

Thank you, I think the 2 hr tour will work well for us. If we get tickets online for a specific tour day/time, does this mean we do not wait in line to be admitted? Do you know if these 2 hr tours use audiosets?

You walk past all the crowds lined up and go in the pre-purchased ticket line. Once inside you will be given directions where to meet your tour guide.
