Best Rome apartment for 3 night stay/3 adults in Pantheon area ?

Hi to my Rick Steve friends again,
Could you please recommend a nice, clean apartment in Rome/Pantheon area for husband, son, myself for late September? We will be staying 3 nights. We would like two bedrooms, if possible, or one with triple accommodations, but comfortable for my 6'2 son. Sometimes the third bed looks so small ! He's thin, but long....Thank you so much for your recomendations. Would like to keep it to 235-250 euros per night, if at all possible. We will also be looking for the same type of rental for early Oct in Florence.
Thank you again.

I cannot specifically recommend one for Rome, but I'd check VRBO.com or Flip Key or Homeaway.com These are all reliable rental agencies who screen the people who rent apartments through them.

In Florence, I've stayed several times in VRBO 68776. I understand having those tall, thin ones. My husband is 6'3, and my son is 6'6. They don't always fit the beds, showers, etc.!

In Rome, I stay in a hotel that has triple rooms, and they also operate a BNB: Hotel Alimandi. You can google them and send an email and ask if their Apartment is available on the dates you want. If I recall correctly, it's a two bed/one bath apartment close to the hotel, but it's in the Prati/Vatican district. Don't know if this helps.

We stayed in a VRBO apt 194513. Plenty of room and conveniently located. Within your budget, too.

As always I recommend this one:

Everything is wonderful about including the wide open space inside. Great location just steps from Camp dei Fiori and the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.

Thank you so much. I will look into all of these. It's always good to get someone's advice. I didn't mention safety, though, and that's my top priority. Are these safe areas for nightly walks ?

In the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Campo dei Fiori areas, you'll find LOTS of people walking around after dinner. And it's not just tourists, but many Romans as well. Sometime between 11 and midnight, the crowds start to thin; it still feels very safe in those areas to me.

Rick's books have a suggested Rome Night Walk that covers this area (just be aware that the Trevi Fountain is being reconstructed).
