Hoping that someone can provide some recommendations for a restaurant to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday while we're in Florence (his parents will also be joining us). Looking for something with a local vibe and food. Thanks in advance :)

Have a drink first at Golden View Open Bar right across the Ponte Vecchio - enjoy wine on the terrace overlooking the Arno River.
Or have wine at the rooftop bar at the top of Grand Hotel Baglioni. Enjoy the sunset.
We love Mama Gina's on Borgo Jacopo - we eat the cannelloni there every time we are in Florence - white tablecloth restaurant that has been around a long time without the high price tag.

Thanks for the great info Caria! I forgot to mention that I'm 6 months pregnant so we may not be enjoying too much wine ;) We will check out those spots!
